Yeah, my Wife wasn't even intending on buying one. She went to Target to get some 75% off Christmas decorations for next year. She said as she was going down the aisle this lady pulled her into the aisle and asked her to stand there with her so she didn't get mobbed. My Wife obviously had no idea what was going on till the lady explained to her that they just put 3 Wiis into the cabinet and she asked my Wife to stand there with her so she didn't get mobbed.

My Wife said the guy came over to the cabinet, opened the glass, handed one to the lady and one to her. She thought oh well, I might as well get it, not knowing that she just aquired a box of rare diamonds that people would literally kill for. She said people saw it in her cart so they would start following her. She said she eventually ended up putting her coat over top of it so people couldn't see it.

She said that it is her B-day present to herself. Her B-day is on the 2nd. Little does she know it's ending up being my Christmas present. LOL

heh sounds about right, my cousin got one for him... then at Christmas my grandmother played it and a few days later they got one for them and for my parents... so now half the people in my family have one too bad they are all 2000 miles away so I can't just run over to play it

Thanks HL and Corsair!

^^ Nice Wii story. We had two remaining in the customer service office that were paid for, but apparently people already had picked theirs up and no one released these.

Our manager took two under his arms and walked around the store a few times, stood by the door, etc...

No one wanted it... idiots... I would have bought it, but I didn't have the money on me (AKA no credit card).

Last year, because we had nothing better to do, the wife and me waited outside a Target all night in order to try to get some Wii's. When morning came, and they started letting people in (one at a time), we eventually picked up two of them, along with some games.

Then we sold them on Ebay for $600 a piece!

If it's not fixed, then don't broke it!

I got some movies, a Wingman Rumblepad, some music CDs, a pop-up book of the Star Wars universe (which I had been looking at), a wooden sign, a pen and bookmark set, and some new slippers (Guess they thought I was wearing my old ones too long...). All I need to do is find a really good game for my Rumblepad now, as I already have added the music to my digital library.

Pregnant women DO need to eat a lot, but this sounds a bit extreme!
