Leaving Germany

Well we found a house, we made an offer on it today, hope to hear back on it tomorrow. I know it's fast but I don't have time to F around. My 4runner arrived in Dallas yesterday, so we are going to go pick that up tomorrow. Things are starting to click into place.

We negotiated prices and settled on $121K. We are buying a nice 3 bedroom house on the outskirts of Lawton. We close at the beginning of November. Of all the houses we looked at (over 20 I lost count) this one was in the best shape. Completely professionally redone inside, just a really nice house. For the first time in my life I will have a 2 car garage.

We are going to CO for a couple of weeks and will come back to Lawton to close on the house. I will keep you guys up to date.

I swear this has been the busiest week of my life. Not only did we move from Germany to Oklahoma, found and bought a house, picked up our vehicle in Dallas, made all the arrangements to have utilities, telephone, and internet turned on in the house and made arrangements to have our house hold goods delivered, we drove 9 hrs to my wifes parents house in Colorado where we will be for the next 2 weeks. On top of all of that, I had a midterm paper that was due this week for the class that I am taking online. I am beat down tired, not to mention I still haven't gotten used to the time difference. Well thanks for all the nice commits guys.
