Chances are he won't get fired, just written up. It will help you because more then likely he will deliver to you again, and he will think twice before tossing your box.

Man that sucks. Luckily here the UPS and Fedex guys always knock, but not Canada Post. She's such a bitch, everytime I get a package she just comes and sticks a paper on my door saying I have to pick the package up at the office. She's supposed to knock, but no one ever heard her knock, and for that matter my 2 dogs bark when the newspaper gets delivered on the porch at 5am yet never barked when she stuck her paper on the door...
I've told the office she wasn't ever knocking but they're not doing anything. I'm seriously about to fill a more formal complaint about it.

Both the local UPS guys and the local Fedex guy know me by name, haha. They save my package for last so that way I'm around to pick it up when they show up. One of em even helped me reel in a fish I had on the line when they showed up.

I know this guy was a little screwy in the head just by the amount of attitude he was showing me and how pissed off he was when he looked away. It was hilarious after i shut the door and walked away he marched to his little truck and drove away like staring my house down (my sister saw it all and started laughing)

I don't feel like getting a nutcase like that in trouble because quite frankly i don't feel like dealing with some nobody jerk who is going to come and vandalize my house at night.

My local UPS guy never delivers where it's addressed too. He knows where I work and always drops stuff off there. Recently the FedEx guy has started doing that too :P Not that I care, as long as someone is there to take the package and store it away safely.
