The last time I was really drunk...uhh...in 1990...my bud decided he was going to piss on the hood of a car of some guys that had just parked next to us and gave us a dirty look as they were walking into the store we were parked outside of. (Hell...what's so weird about drinking straight from a half-gallon of Cuvero Gold?) Anyway, they walked back out in mid-stream. After a short scuffle between the two guys, my bud, his roommate, and a chick that was with us...(I had a broken foot at the time and the cast was pinned under the front seat...I was screaming for someone to let me out)...one of the guys pulled a pistol, then they left.

OK....so what was the big deal? Well, we were on-post, across from our barracks. I had just gotten my E-6 pinned on about three weeks before, and I was platoon sergeant of the two guys (I think that they had both made the E-5 list and was waiting to get it pinned on), and the chick was also in my company...and was on some kind of program for drinking too much. Someone had seen the pistol and called the MPs. I was watching my new stripes floating away.

Fortunately, I wasn't too drunk to be able to give the MPs a believable line of bullshit. I don't guess my unit found out, as I never heard anything about it.

I hate people that take up two parking spaces. One of the reasons I'd like to own a duce-and-a-half. Oops, sorry.
