| BAM-BAM | I keep my house at a comfortable 75 no matter what time of year it is. And today it is HUMID, so I will probably crank down the ac to get some of that moisture out of the house. -1 |

| Colonel Calamity | I am hoping to get a new thermostat to keep it at my usual 74-75 year round without the wife messing with it and heating up/cooling down the house unnecessarily. ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members. |

| Functional Alcoholic | I keep a fan/window open in my computer room pretty much year around due to the heat the computers produce. In the winter I kept the heater vent blocked because it would just get too hot otherwise. |

| F Ucn rd dis U mst uzUNIX | Zambini and Yello...what is it today? I'm down here in San Diego and the weekend sucked. It got 100F here for about 20 minutes (at 1510, or 3:10PM) and then back down to 98-99. I was working nights and we don't have A/C. So I go to sleep at 8am and wake up at 2 just mad at the world because it's 92 in my bedroom. Go to the beach and it's open, but closed according to the lifegaurd yelling at me. Stupid sharks. So I paddle back in after about 10 minutes of being cool and happy. The dog's been playing in the sprinklers, GF chilling on the patio with the misters going, and it's April. Broke the last high by 23F. So today it's back to 65F for today, and yesterday just looked like it was going to rain all day...and 58F. When it got hot, I had to down clock all the machines and go to the lowest volts on all as possible. Asus' profiles sure are handy as I know they'll be used again and again. They were just working too hard in the heat to force them to keep working like that. They're loving it today though... I envy you though hitman. I saw some crummy weather roll through there in this time. I swear if I could, I would be out in that rain arms spread wide enjoying the beautiful okie weather! | Colonel Calamity | I love the snow myself... but it has been low 80s during the day and upper 40s at night here so we are getting both extremes... usually by now it is average 80 and 60 ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members. |
