Agreed. If I had a nickel for every news story I've read about accidents - often with fatalities - where the elderly driver claims they DID step on the brake, not the gas - despite all evidence to the contrary - I'd be a rich man (not a PTRMAN) today.

I say a drivers test every 2 years from 16 to 26, and then an eye AND drivers test from 70 on up every year. Think of the extra income by the state employees and the safer roads.
