Yeah, real familiar with that. Burb with 40+ gallon tank and a 454 Vortec averaging 10 MPG. Typical round trip to work daily is 50 miles. I do get slightly better mileage when I use the middle grade of fuel.

I'm really glad I can walk to work. I only fill up like every three weeks because I have to drive an hour to see my girlfriend and family every weekend.

I work from home so no gas needed for "to work" traveling... but the wife more than makes up for it with her shopping trips

Im thinking about trading it in and geting a new suburban with that new 4/8 cylinder engine... gets really good gas mileage for a big SUV...
