I'm hoping Nokia increases just a couple %. That way I can recoup my losses on Circuit City.

So what's all this fancy shmancy stuff like "Sell Short" and "Buy To Cover" and "Good Till canceled" and a "Limit" pricing type.

I tried reading on Wiki but I can't figure it out.

this RIMM stock is bouncing all over... up 5 points one day, down 4 the next... I may wait until the next time it is up to sell it off... its causing me to lose hundreds per day or at least negate any positive returns I get on the rest of the stocks

I had a real good day today. 3000 shares up 12+ %.
Think I found a way to make money (virtual that is) in a fairly sure-fire way ;) We'll see how it goes over the next week or two.

Well, I'm at 19 of 34. Looks like the only positive stock today was Yahoo.

Today: -0.72%

I hope it goes back to positive soon!

Son of a bitch! I just placed an order and it timed out and logged me off before it completed (or so I thought). So I logged back on and placed it again. Now I bought twice as much as I had intended to in the form of two orders, so they charged me the comission twice! The one order was going to suck up all but a few bucks of my spare cash, now I must have had to borrow money from somewhere to place the second order. DAMNIT!
