Freerealtime.com is still working ... for those of you who daytrade and use limit orders.

Anyone made any effort to research the best deals on charting packages?

I checked out a half dozen free delayed charting packages ... none are great ... yet.

Does anyone have a TD Ameritrade acct ... if so ... you get a solid charting package with a real time feed.

I bailed on AHR at a slim profit ... it is forming a Pendant in the chart and could run either way now ... except the MACD is at a fresh cross for an upward run.

Likely I will try and get a position again.

The limit orders don't work right in this game ... the time and sales sheet shows my orders should have gone through ... but they didn't ... plus after I canceled orders ... they still got filled. Grrrrrrrrr ... not bad though ... only cost me 3/4 a percent on todays trade.

The game is not quite like real life and real time trading. However, it is providing some fun and amusment.

Yes, I have done the cancel and later said why the hell do I own that?

We have a six month game running and a hell of a lot can happen & change in six months. Hell a lot can happen in six min. Today it's all hail wtcnbrwndo4u!

Yea man, I did that yesterday... I bought 340 NVDA (nVidia) shares and then decided to cancel it seeing that CIX (Compx) dropped in price, so I bought 1000 shares of CIX and assumed the NVDA was going to cancel. I wake up this morning and find out that I'm $6028 in debt and I own 340 NVDA shares!!! (+ of course the 1000 shares of CIX)....
And of course, the NVDA stocks dropped a little, got me all mad.... then they went up a little and I sold them all together with a $17 profit!!! w0000000tt!!
So now I'm out of debt and have an equity of about $10,127 with 1,170 CIX shares, waiting for the stocks to rise up.... heheheh, once they rise, you all will fall!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUHUAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!!

(this is a really fun game though)

Yeah ... fun. I had a limit order to short MTRX at 19.44 for a day trade and the bid was at 19.44 on the time and sales sheet with the same size I was shorting ...

It was way overbought.

Oh well ... missed a decent trade.
