Right now has to be the most difficult time to try and make a buck in the Market. Things keep up like this and my 4 years and out may result in urinating in gutters, eating beanies and weenies and being a Wall-Mart Greeter in my old age.

I didn't have a problem with what hitman did, just mentioned he cleared it out, no biggie. Also once they issue the split or prorated equity/cash, it will be a matter of only losing a few pennies today.
It is also in the game setup that a player can reset their portfolio whenever they want so its not like it is against the rules

I was only joking around, but there wasn't really much I could do since I didn't sell the stock before the market closed on Friday. If I knew what I was doing I would have sold Friday and re bought Monday. But I have no clue what I am doing.

Forget it. This is like day 3 of 6 months. The idea behind some of this besides just plain screwing around fun is that some of us (me included) may learn a little about investing in the market.

Most of us have no clue what we are doing. My investments started well today and then went to shit. I am going to just sit on them.

I am learning quite a bit. I have never bought stocks directly before. I have mutual funds, IRAs and my TSP retirement plan that invest for me. There is quite the learning curve to investing. Takes a lot of research and keeping track of whats actually going on in the company that affects your stock shares.
