Several years ago I bought a MoBo from them. I had some issues with it so I called their customer service. The first option on the voice menu was English or Arabic (Clue #1) When i finally got someone on the phone they had an obvious middle eastern accent (Clue #2) The invoice for my order was in both English and Arabic. (Clue #3) There were 2 addresses on the invoice one address was in the US, and the other was in Saudi Arabia. (Clue #4)

I am being stereotypical when I say "Terrorist" because not everyone who is middle eastern is a terrorist. I just can't help but wonder. Not to mention they were extremely rude, unhelpful and unknowledgeable of computer parts.

"TigerDirect" is a good place to get some parts from and they are exceptionally fast on shipping, always receive merchandice before the expected delivery date.
Their rebates really suck though, still fighting them about $70.00 from last order from them, lucky i kept all the web pages from their ads and the rebate info on them.
I'll never use or recommend TigerDirect. I've ordered things from them, then 2-3 days later gotten an email saying they're backlogged and that my order will be shipped when in stock again.....and then waited up to three weeks for the product.

I've used ZZF and really like their service and prices, but every time I've ordered from Newegg, my stuff has arrived the next day, rather than the three day I paid for

Nice to be close to one of their warehouses, huh? We have one an hour away. As long as they ship from there, I get it quick

I myself have used NewEgg the most but also have ordered from ZipZoomFly without a problem and most recently weirdstuff.com
With All 3 I have been satisfied with the ship time, product and prices.
Most recent purchase from weirdstuff which came in Monday was THIS and it is a very nice and easy to build in basic case (plus looks great)!

My problem is that the warehouses are nowhere near me in FL, they are in CA or upper east coast. Weirdstuff took 5 business days (8 actual days) to get the case to me, Newegg took 4 business days from order to get to me and the ZipZoomFly took 3 days since they're on east coast (or where they sent it from was)

Thanks HL and Corsair!

My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members.

You can still use Fed-Ex, and it doesn't cost any more than it always has....Newegg just lists UPS because it is cheaper.

yes it does. FexEx Express saver shipping for my external enclosure was 9 dollars more.

I've realized, however..... that it is DEFINITELY WORTH IT to pay an extra 9 bucks... than deal with UPS.
