I've lost 0 lbs, BUT I did quit smoking... erm... cigarettes, at least. Since quitting my appetite has been more voracious then ever. =\

Over the last year, I've gone from 260ish to 215. The most important aspect of my weight loss was eating the right foods and stopping all the sodas. Excercise was also very important of course, but I had to change some bad habits before the excercise would even seriously help. Right now, I'm going through some pretty intense PT. It's amazing the workout you can get in an indoor pool.

I wish this would have started back 8 months ago. Last summer, I was a fat boy.
