Actually, I agree with him. He's got a point. People used to just hate on black people for no entire reason. After 9/11, every person with Muslim-like appearance was subject to hate. It's happened to me before. People just can't tell the difference, but I don't blame them. I can barely tell the difference between Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, etc.

How can you compare Sept 11th to how black people feel (I can already tell this thread is going to be nuked)? I'm soooooooo tired of the race card being played, every single time a minority doesn't get their way, its racism.

Not only are minorities treated better than me these days, theres quotas in place to make sure the most qualified people don't get jobs, theres affirmative action, Ms Black American, Ebony Magazine, Black Only Colleges, and everything else.

EVERY civilization has had slaves, and none whine and snivel so long after the fact as African Americans. I'm tired of paying for something someone I never knew did 150 years ago. As I said, I'm not a racist, I treat every person as an individual, but this stuff is crazy out of control.....people like Cornell West only fuel racism (it goes both ways)

But, would you not agree that there are people who believe that every Muslim (or daresay, ones who look like them) are terrorists? Not only them, but people can feel insecure with Middle Easterners. There was already racism before and it just became more intensified.

Now, I know you're not a racist Rich or let alone anyone on this forum, but it happens everyday, all the time. Either way, you are right, it goes way out of control.

No, see, if a white male comes into your office right looking for a job, after getting out of college, is well qualified for that job, and has experience for the job, and a black male walked in wanting that same job, with no experience and is not qualified, the black male will probably get the job, b/c if he didn't get the job, that would be racism.

in my school, we have african american assemblies, asian assemblies, middle eastern assemblies, and latino assemblies.

Besides, These affirmative action people are more racist than a KKK member. They only look @ the color of someones skin, not the fact that they dropped from high school or have been drinking for the past 30 years, or they graduated magna cum laude from Harvard.......

You bring up a really good point Sam.....and I agree with you....Muslims are very discriminated against. I think its part ignorance and part the media's fault. Its ignorance in that people stereotype, its ignorance in that the Muslim religion in no way advocates terrorism. Its the medias fault for always stoking fear and tension to sell headlines.

Dave Chappelle is a genius, that guy makes me laugh so friggin hard every time I see him (I actually watched part of "Half Baked" last night).

I know its my fault we ended up on race, someone linked Cornell West and I flipped out, I think him and everyone who thinks like him (white, black, brown, yellow, green, blue....whatever their color) should be deported.....let them be "free" of America and all its problems.

But, back on topic, what really bothers me about this is this guy (the original asshat) seems to be running a scam.....look at the circle of websites.....
