Panic sets in alot of times and other times they have a warrant and are trying to avoid jail anyway. Pull over roll down your window and put your hands on the steering wheel where they can be seen and await instructions.doh

If you plan to out run cops it would help if you knew how to ****ing drive. That guy obviously never played GTA.
