You have to do the .ini, otherwise it doesnt work.... at least for me

what version of XP do u have? Home or Pro?

.....maybe its just cuz it noticed I have a penguin and Windows was like "Og noes"

Pro SP2 w/latest updates, most people can't get it to work, but the first thing I changed was the logo and it was fine.
