The previous low was 78.430 back in 1992. The new low is 78.370 for the September 08 contract. Buy low, sell high? Well, this is it. My first tour the DM/USD exchange rate was DM3.43/$1, I was a gazillionaire. Second tour it was a paltry DM1.20/$1, was begging for beer more often than not.
