Thanks HL and Corsair!

That's just sad, I almost feel bad for them. I'm just going to pretend in my mind that they want it to be aesthetically pleasing and match his Alienware case!

I concur though; saddening.

Here's one I just read. The guy brags about how great the gigabyte mobo's are, but gives this one two eggs because HE failed to properly check the damned RAM compatibility and ended up RMA'ing due to his ignorance.

Tech Level: high - Ownership: 1 week to 1 monthThis user purchased this item from Newegg.com Pros: As always GREAT BIOS for a Gigabyte Board, Great set-up Easy install.Cons: Check Memory Compatibility on Gigabyte's website before purchasing! This board is unstable with Mushkin Memory. I did everything Flashed the Bios with the most current, and talk to Gigabyte techs for awhile before we came to the conclusion that the board just didn't like it. I had to RMA it for different RAM. Works like a Champ now.Other Thoughts: Gigabyte makes a GREAT board, just make sure you cross reference all you hardware to be compatible.

I'm going to pretend the guy doesn't know how awesome USB sticks are. There's virtually no need for floppies anymore, let alone backup your crap to a USB stick. And you really don't need an Alienware floppy for that. :P

Pros: fast card,

Cons: no big difference betweeen this card and my old 88000 OC playing cod4, also card gets extremely HOT, take extra caution .

Other Thoughts: BEWARE newegg.com does not offer refund for this item so you might want to buy it somewhere else. (I know, newegg most likely not publish this comment but what I wrote above is true, I personaly will noit buy anything from newegg anymore, even if I build my whole PC from them) in the RMI section it says this item is not eligible for return.

...does this guy not know that evga offers a life time warranty???:stupid:

Pros: I didn't experience any, but if it works on your motherboard, I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it.

Cons: When I recieved this in the mail I was excited. When I opened it up, installed it into my motherboard (Nvidia nForce 680i) it didn't work. Then I later found out that I needed to flash my BIOS, I tried doing that but nothing worked! I burned the .iso image and made it bootable on a CD and when I restarted the computer it didn't flash the BIOS. Now I just RMA'd it and hopefully I get my money back.

Other Thoughts: So far this CPU has caused nothing but trouble. After I installed the CPU my power button stopped working...Now everytime I want to turn on my computer I have to press the power button on my motherboard (located on bottom). Not only that but my printer mysteriously stopped working, even when I called the manufacter he didn't even fix it. Right now I just reformatted my computer and hopefully my printer would work again. For my power button....I don't know. I guess I'll have to check the power cables again and most likely find nothing wrong.
lol.. interesting.. thats a review for the E8400
