Man can't make the tectonic plates move. They do that independently of atmospheric conditions.

Well. We had snow two weekends in a row. First weekend was a ice storm with 2 inches of ice. Last weekend was a snow storm with 4 inches of snow... And the ice didn't melt from the first time.

Man I need to get a handle on post here. I loved Garmisch. Absolutely beautiful. Took the lift up the (I forget how to spell Zukspitz) and the cog train down many times. That was back in the early 80s.

Oh yeah, still snowing like hell in Cleveland today. Lake effect? Call it whatever, snow is snow and cold is cold and I am not real fond of either.
