right click the original executable and place a shortcut on the desktop, then change the shortcut properties to include -configonly
If you have it running as a service, go to Start -> Run -> type: services.msc
then stop the FAH@C:@...... service (or two if it is dual core)
Then double click the shortcut on the desktop and when you get to the line that says: "Use Internet Explorer settings [Y/N]", type: N

Saying no (or N) means it uses a direct connection rather than IE settings

Restart the client or the computer and it should pick it up and send them in fine
