Wow, talk about a gross generalization. Discounting an entire article/recommendation based on a single point does a mis-service to anyone reading facing the same decision. Plain and simple, there are very few people that should ever consider FAT32 over NTFS on Windows XP for various reasons (some more of which can be read and recommended straight from the horse's mouth, so to speak).
