I have no idea if it will or not. Won't hurt to give it a shot!

I've done it! I've cloned my old HDD onto my new 160GB main drive and its working great!

....the only problem I have now is that my PC won't recognise my other 160GB HDD, although when I run Everest Home Edition, it shows up as being there straight away so I know its working....any ideas guys?

Is it a new HDD? It may have come with no partitions on it. In Windows XP, right click the My Computer icon, select manage from the menu. Select Disk Management from the Storage sub menu and see if it sees the drive there. Disk management can create a primary partition or whatever configuration you would like for that drive if it sees it.

Go back to the Disk Storage area that Cyber told you about. Now, right click on the old disk and select format. You can set up a new partition on it if you want or format the whole drive as one single partition.

Please keep in mind that creating a partition and formatting the drive erases all data without exception. If there was supposed to be information on this drive the partitioning process will destroy it beyond the ability of simple software based data recovery solutions. -- But no worries if it is SUPPOSED to be blank, just create a primary partition, the wizard will also format the drive for you at the end of the process. -- I recommend using NTFS instead of FAT32 when formatting.
