Edit: In fact, it doesn't look to be any larger than the heatsink/fan that came with mine. Last edited by RepliCarter; November 7th, 2007 at 23:36. | |

| Well here's another offer. I am replacing my video card with an 8800GT. It's on order and hasn't arrived yet. So I will have a card to give up. I will let you have the Leadtek 7950 GT I'm taking out (once I get my new one in hand). Free, gratis, no charge. Let your parents know so they can save their money for other things. Also so that they can voice any concerns about this. Sound like a deal to you? I know about truck drivers pay. I have my class A and used to drive for GTI. | I'm Diggin it! | Wow, that would be ideal there dedgar! Then, if Replicarter is up for it, he can mail me the 7600 and I'll see if this cooler will fit, it was originally ordered for an FX5200 . So it very well might not fit that 7600 as pointed out. Anyway, I can get the 7600, see if it fits and if not, order one that will. I'll then replace the fan and mail the card to Rich for this project. Oh my... Wow. Just... Wow. That is the most generous offer I believe I've ever received in my entire life. Sorta speechless at the moment. Got my dad in here to read this and he was stunned just as I am, haha. That is indeed quite a deal and I am eager to accept. :) I can't thank you enough, this is so very kind and generous of you. Also, to Quakindude: My dad doesn't want to get rid of the 7600GS. He's still going look for a new fan for it so he can use it in his gaming computer. However, for the project... I have a couple sticks of Apacer 256mb PC-3200 memory that I could donate? I also have an ATI Rage 128Pro Ultra AGP card laying around, but I doubt it'd be good for anything other than collecting dust. | |

| RepliCarter, got your PM and sent a reply. This video card is one the I won from this very website. Back a little bit, Quakindude had a little bit of trouble thanks to a tornado in his back yard. Donations were accepted here and one thing led to another to make a raffle out of it. Long story short: I won a video card. That's the one you'll be receiving. So it's staying in the HWL 'family'. ![]() Intel E8400 - EVGA 780i mobo Zalman 9700NT - 8 Gig Crucial DDR2-800 Two EVGA GTX260's in SLI PC P & C 750 watt - Samsung 216BW LCD Samsung DVD-RW - Logitec Z-640 speakers Linksys WRT54GL Router - CM 690 Case Seagate 250gig - Vista Home Premium 64bit |

| I have heard the OEM Xfi PCI-E card has major driver issues.....That could just be heresay. But I definitely say get some type of X-Fi card, onboard sound puts a load on your system.. DON'T buy a Roswell PSU. Get like an Antec Neo 430 or something. PSU is a very important part of the PC.
