This is minor, but spend a couple extra bucks for a DVD burner with Lightscribe:
Newegg.com - ASUS Black 18X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 18X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 14X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache PATA DVD Burner with LightScribe - OEM

Make sure to post pictures when you do the build!!

Get a SATA drive instead. MUCH cleaner cabling and you can also have the optical and HDD power on the same cable.

A new burner will have to wait a while, but thanks for the suggestion. :p

And I will be sure to post pics! I'll probably be posting a load of them Christmas day.

If that 8800 doesn't pan out, I can probably find an older VGA cooling fan laying around here somewhere.
