UPDATE: always something to stop production...there arent enough plugs for the disc drives.I'm short by 1 power cable because of the 4 fans.Maybe I could unhook the big fan for now?

You're short of power by 1?
Hard drive is on SATA power (3 of those, you don't need to plug the 4pin molex if you have the SATA power it could even damage the drive), then you have 2 burners on 4pin molex (6 of those), that's it? If you have 4 case fans, that's 6 molex took.
You can daisy chain 2 x 120mm fans without problem if you need something else.

You should get some power cable splitters, get two 4 -pin molex splitters, and a 4-pin molex to Sata power cable splitter.

Edit:
dang, I'm slow.....

I piggy backed the 2 front fans...big help there. The power lead from the PSU that has 2 black molex and on the end a plug with P9 on it...dont remember where that goes...anyone remember off the top of the head?

Houston....we are ready for count down.....fire up commencing in 10 -.
Now all we need is a good astronaut to help us with the BIOS and we will be ready for lift off.9- and counting.

No offense or anything, but are you sure you have the power button hooked up right (as in the right pins)? I've hooked it up wrong a few times myself... it's dark in that case!
