WOW!!!!!!!!! gotta love all them boxes of new things. Damn. Cant wait to do that again.Was even thinkin of ordering everything I need.....get it delivered and send it back! Really though,it's a rush. Gotta love it.
Best of luck with the build,and may it not give you the BSOD on boot!

hahah :) thanks for the comments! I will take another shot of it once i get it all installed. And yes, i love seeing all the boxes. The biggest shocker for me so far was seeing just how tiny the cpu was.

Edit: and i like the pinecones Captain! was guna put one in the antec 900 case! Btw, looking at your sig it seems your system is alot like mine haha.

Haha, yea this is a really long thread. We are getting it put together though!
He's doing awesome at this he is pro!

So far we've gotten the HD, DVD Burner mounted, the case is prepped, and the CPU is in the socket. The back plate for the CPU cooler is on the mobo and we are about to put the mobo in the case.
Then we will mount the CPU cooler, RAM, PSU etc...
It's a slow process, but it's going to be sweet once it's done

thats strange.... the only time I have seen that before was on a floppy drive ribbon... but if thats how it came from gigabyte then may as well use it...

Lol, it's all good Diablo. Thats how it's supposed to be, don't ask me why, but thats how floppy cables are made.
