But if it's just this game, well check inside the game in the menus, maybe an information button somewhere? Quote:

| HL's Technomancer | Hmm, not to rain on a parade or anything, but I just noticed for that board, the Manufacturer's Link on Newegg takes you to the Rev 1.0 version...which doesn't have the factory BIOS to support the E8400. Maybe it's Rev 2.0 and they just didn't update the link...and if not, anyone with experience with this board know if the Rev 1.0 BIOS will POST with the E8400 but just not recognize the CPUID? Cause if Diablo doesn't have another LGA775 processor and this board won't take the Wolfdale stock, might not go so smooth. |

| Colonel Calamity | Storm, I thought the same thing when I got my P965-DS3 board but I looked at the board itself and it was Rev 3.3, not the 2.0 like where the link went to. ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members. |

First step would be to take out the mobo, put in the CPU chip, then screw the mobo into the mobo tray inside the antec 900, but make sure you put the IO plate in the back first. ![]() Next put the TIM on the CPU, then mount the CPU cooler. Put the RAM into the mobo (put one in each of the Yellow RAM slots), watch the notch's on the RAM sticks. Then put the Video card into the first PCI express slot (the longest slot). After you've done that, mount the PSU in there, and plug everything in (the 4 pin connection up top of the mobo, 24-pin ATX connection at the right side and the 6-pin connection on the video card). Then mount your hard drive and DVD burner and plug them in. Make sure you post pictures!!!! | |
