If it's just the disk you need (not the validation key) look on Ebay.

According to that ebay seller,you still need the original disc for install,along with your key.Is there a way he can install it from M$ online,using his key?

call microsoft they can send you a new disc. Or find a freind with a disc you can borrow. No need to spend money on something you already have.
