Like I mentioned in my first post, it is the video card that is going to be the bottleneck in gaming, not the processor or RAM. That said, Crysis is a very demanding game and will need a fairly beefy video card to push those pixels through fast enough to keep a playable framerate. You can check out this review for one look at some different video cards and their Crysis performance at various resolutions and DirectX modes (DX9 or DX10). If you are running at a fairly low resolution (like 1280x1024), you're going to want a card with 512MB of dedicated video memory and a 256-bit memory interface. The Radeon HD3850 512MB video card is probably as low as you'd want to go for Crysis.

The 8800GT, as previously mentioned, is going to offer the best bang for your gaming buck.

I second that. It's really hard to beat the 8800GT in terms of price/performance right now.
