| Yeah, that's the one thing that worries me is the backplate. It's not a huge deal if I don't get it. I can get the manual on Asus's website, and if I don't like what I got I can send it back for a refund. I'm still mulling it over as I prefer to buy new if only for the warranty. ![]() |

| A Lonely Geek | I have the P5K Deluxe and love it. I have heard of issues with the Premium, but the two boards share the same BIOS, and I haven't been able to find any real differences between the two boards...just the bundle, so it could be operator issues or individual boards. |

| If you're getting a ASUS P5K board, get the Deluxe version, not the Premium, if you are using a RAID array. I have heard about many problems with the P5K Premium's RAID, not present in the Deluxe. ![]() |
