be very tough to wait wouldn't it =P
especially with the GT prices falling so fast. Honestly the prelim 9800GTX doesn't look that great to warrant a 400+ price tag when it performs a little better than the GTS G92 which is around for like 250-280.

(thanks blake!)

Uh... I need help now. As a forenote, the drivers on the DFI website didn't work.

I looked up the specs for my sound card. Realtek ALC882. So, I went and downloaded the Realtek HD audio codec drivers, as mentioned on the Realtek website. The drivers are the R187a set.

I've installed it numerous times with no success... When I reboot, all I get is "No audio output device installed" when I look down at the volume in the taskbar.

Any ideas?

Yeah. I installed that EXACT file. No luck. No internet on it yet either (I'm getting the wireless card back from my bro), so I'm outta luck there.

Take a look in device manager.Does it show anything for sound video and game controllers? Once your online you can update drivers from there.
