About the case, THIS <---(link) is a nice case, and you could probably still use that PSU.

I don't think I need that great of a case for my budget build. lol. anyway, did you mean I could still use the OCZ PSU?

No, I mean't that you could use the PSU that came with that case (the Antec Sonata III).

is that PSU pretty much the same quality as the OCZ?

It's 100W less, but for the system you have planned, it'll most likely be fine. Antec PSU's are pretty good, so I wouldn't worry about it.

BTW, it's OCZ, not OZC.

darn you YH...

i posted that just rolled overed by the server change

anyway, the Sonata III is absolutely good choices, i not sure about the Antec Earthwatts, but with sonata II that comes with Antec Smartpower450watts it still works like a champ with me right now as a backup PSU and i've also used Sonata III for my brother's PSU and that smartpower PSU that comes with it still works... oh btw stay away from ANTEC NEOhe PSU i have a bad experience with that, three of mine died in 3 months duration and i just stopped RMA for the three times...

so think about it...
