All drives from WD have at least a 3 years warranty OEM or retail, except certain products (mostly the MyBooks) which depending on the model have one year.
Warranties were retouched this year for retail drives (boxed). ;)
OEMs always had 3 years as far as I remember.
Desktop lines have 3 years warranty while enterprise drives have 5 years. Raptors are considered as enterprise.
MTBF are similar.
WD also has a 1TB drive, though with "only" 16MB for those wondering.
