You can always get a cooler with a removable fan (like the Thermalright Ultra 120 or Scythe Ninja) and get a really quiet fan like the Scythe S-Flex or a Yate Loon. I just snagged 6 Zalman ZM-F3 fans, but I haven't used them yet, so I won't be able to tell you the noise levels on them.

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

It's pretty quiet until you crank up the fan speed, which you'll find is the case with many enthusiast oriented aftermarket coolers. If noise management is your #1 priority, look very closely at the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro or Scythe Katana 2.

but remember you sacrifice a little in terms of OC potential if you going for silent cooling solutions. My Scythe Ninja RevB has a 120MM fan on it and i can say i honestly dont hear the thing at all. Then again im sure its cause the 3 other 120M fans in the case drown it out lol. Or the GPU =P

The Zalman ZM-F3 are pretty decent. Not extremely quiet, not extremely noisy either. I would say your a bit less noisy than average 120mm fan.

what do you think would be the potential noise out put of the tsunami dream? as this would be a key factor in my build, and if system fans are connected to the mother board do they fall under the pwm control?
