I sacraficed MoBo and Ram for a better Proc and GFX Card. IMO as long as you have a gig of ram you should be GTG in most games. That NEC drive is just a damn good Deal.

It fit the budget ;) I would probably actually build a high end computer in one of those cases. I have seen a blue one, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on that one.

The cavaliers are really nice cases. I've always liked how they look and have recommended them to my friends, and their cheap to boot! I went with the Antec though because of the bundled 500W Smart Power. I have the same case and I love it. Wouldn't mind buying another.

Oh. The power supply is just fine. I wouldn't use it on a serious, high performance rig with say, SLI or Crossfire and a power hungry processor. But for these, setups, it's perfectly fine. It powers the rig in my sig without a single hiccup. Note that there are around 5-6 fans on it as well.

The modular aspect of it is kinda poor. I would like to see more molex connectors and maybe on more spot for modular cables. I can't run SLI now unless I get a Molex-PCI-E convertor.

No problem. If you are building a budget rig for anyone, those smart powers are very good. I have two right now, the 500 and the 350.
