| Sweet I have the Asus M51Sn Newegg.com - ASUS M51 Series M51Sn-X2 NoteBook Intel Core 2 Duo . I love mine. I'm jealous you have that BD drive man that's sweet. ![]() The warranty is fantastic but make sure you check your documentation I believe if you register your product quickly they give you and extra year at least mine did when I got it in July. Amazingly they cover surge, drop and spill damage and zero dead pixel. As far as I can see the best warranty available that comes with the unit at no additional charge. | To all: Thanks for the comments! @Parker: I used a Nikon D40 on a tripod. Initially I handheld the camera taking some shots unboxing the laptop; only later I decided to take out the tripod and do almost 1second exposures (poor lighting), giving almost noiseless pics @azianai: As a rough guide of the performance, first I ran C&C3 full settings except no AA and shadows turned off. Smooth gameplay...Was very impressed. Later I tossed Lost Planet in...Putting everything max except 0AA gave me a nice *slideshow*, maybe 5~8 fps... Have yet to tinker with settings. Its probably all that motion blur and post processing... Bioshock was next, putting everything max it wasn't as bad, still kinda choppy framerates though (maybe 20?)...And of course from there on, I didn't bother trying Crysis ![]() @owcraftsman: wha- zero dead pixels too?? I think I have one or two...darn. I can live with it though Might post more pics later if I'm free (accessories and such) ![]() ASUS M50VM Laptop on the go! |

| course you could always you know, down the resolution for games to make it smoother. I know when i had my 8800GTS G92, i was playing crysis at 1280 X 1024 resolution even though my monitor was 1680 X 1050. Also had it medium/high settings to get it run at about 40 fps. |
