One downside is that it doesn't work with multiple user and/or password protected accounts. Will be interesting to see if that limitation gets addressed by Asrock in a future version, or by another manufacturer if the technology proves popular and spreads.

I hope it will. The multiple users doesn't bother me all that much, passwords that's something else.
