On the same note, the RMA replacement in Canada used to be a pain. It was fixed after my RMA. I helped them debug their script.
Something bad about MSI though is the BIOS for enthusiast boards. They take a while to churn out new versions with fixes. Asus is not any better though, but it's a pain when you have a board with a small bug that probably could easily be fixed by someone with little knowledge in BIOS programming.

Ditto. One of my friends that used to post on MPC (neel360, he joined here too and did nothing lol) picked up an MSI board and I was very impressed. I didn't hear much about it, but MSI, ECS, and Asus top my list (in that order).
