There should be a link on the upper right corner of google. Something like "customized welcome" just aside "login". I wouldn't know the exact wording since mine is in french, but i'm pretty sure you'll see what I mean. :)

If you have the google toolbar, there is a a button that says subcribe. If you hit that on any webpage, it will RSS that webpage to your google homepage.
