| Indeed. Firefox FTW, tabbed browsing rocks. I'll never go back to IE...even now that they do have tabs... | Question: I have been a Yahoo Launchcast user for four years now and have been really happy with the service. Problem is that I have never gotten it to work with Firefox. I would always get an error saying that it was not supported. Now I know there is some ways you can work IE within Firefox, but I have not pushed this so much. I am not a great IE fan, but it works well enough that I just seem to defer to it even with Firefox loaded, especially since if I am going to have my browser up I listen my Yahoo tunes. Ideas/Suggestions? I feel like a AOL user the way everyone talks about Firefox. | OK, I guess the fix was for watching Launch videos, which I believe you can solve by installing the FireFox ActiveX control. There is no way to run Launchcast on FF however (apparently). My recommendation is to download the AT&T Yahoo Messenger and listen to Launchcast on that. - Core 2 Quad Q6600 - DFI Infinity 975X - 4GB Corsair XMS2 w/ DHX DDR2-800 - 500GB WD 7200.10 Caviar GP + 250GB Seagate 7200.9RPM + 160GB Hitachi 5400.4RPM - ATi Radeon X1900XT 256MB - Cooler Master Centurion 5 + OCZ StealthXStream 600W - Acer 19" P191W Monitor - Logitech Z-5500 Digital + Logitech MX Revolution - Vista Ultimate x64 |
