Here's mine list:

Always Remember Password: Not all sites remember for me, so this asks everything I save a new password.

Download Statusbar: A different type of transition to the download manager. It goes below and is a pretty nice thing.

Fasterfox: I've had this installed forever, but I don't really know if I ever got a performance increase with it. I have to mess with it. Anyone feel the same?

FoxyTunes: The most useful add-on I have. It's very useful to have access to iTunes without having to maximize it.

GmailSkins: It's a pretty nice feature. I have mine in orange right now.

GoogleToolbar: I know there's already a search bar, but I've gotten used to it in IE.

IETab: Great for switching between IE and Firefox when FF can't render the page. Crashes sometimes for me though.

VideoDownloader: Pretty useful for getting vids from YouTube and the such.

BBcodeXtra
Flashblock - easy to use.
Imagezoom
Reloadevery - reloads the page, preset times or a custom time , nice when you have to do something else but don't want to log out of a site that will kick you out after being inactive.

Google Toolbar for Firefox
KeyScrambler

Type "about:config" in your url bar and find the key "browser.tabs.closeButtons" and set the value to 3. BOOM! You have the red close button. Credit to paul for that one.

You can also enable pipelineing while in about:config. Search for "pipelin" and set all the pipelining features to true and set the maxrequests to something such as 12 or 16. Some people say 8 but I go for 12.
