The get a call ever few days from us, so I'm not so patient. No matter what they do though they always put blame on the tower we connect too (radio frequency connection) and tell us they have a few guys on site trying to fix the issue. Having spent a summer as a dish network technician, I know that kind of job is crap so I try not to vent my anger on the guys. Unvented frustration leads to some nice scores in COD4 when the net is working however.
