A friend of mine in FL just got Verision FIOS. He has some crazy ridiculous speeds. I think he is rated at 15megs down, and 5 megs up.

we get over 200kb/sec on AIM!

He d/l'd something the other day at 1000kb/s. I can only dream.

Upload is the major slow issue in the US and many countries

True, but the damn ISP here, offers a 15mb down, and 1mb up, but they, of course, want more money per month
