Upload is capped at 256 by ISP.

Been a pretty good while since I have been to Speedtest. They have definitely upgraded things.

Time Warner recently added a lot of fibre-optics to our area and made faster speed available for an extra $5 a month. Not really a noticeable improvement on downloads, but the upload speed is fantastic. Used to take forever to send video or audio files.
