@ Stinger, thanks for explaining, I didn't really looked at the post until I got home. :D

The thing I am not going with wireless is because the phone will intercept with the wireless and I somehow gets disconnected by 2 phones out of 6 wireless phones in my house. But I might reconsider.

I used to have NetGear, until it burnt out. It was a 54 Mbps Wireless Router WGR614 v4. And.. when I get to the part where I do the wireless thing on the 2nd computer, that's when I have trouble? =D?

I have the 802.11g Netcore 1011NWG USB Adapter... and that's the thing I am having trouble. (Not broken, but installing.)

900 and 2.4GHz phones interfere with wireless networks.. same thing happens with mine on occasion... just at random the connection drops when someone answers the phone next door. Seems to be when the phone auto-selects the channel that the router is using.
This is why I am now using either a 5.8GHz digital or a 6.0 dect cordless phone in my house.

Thanks HL and Corsair!

Yeah.. the 2.4ghz one interfer with the wireless for me... but I changed it around, so no one really bother using that one.. but what's interesting is that I have another wireless phone that's 2.4ghz and it doesn't interfer.

I have a Linksys WRT54GL I picked up cheap from Dell a while ago. I don't use wireless so I disabled that part in the setup.
