Don't worry no one is offended, I was actually just joking with you. Nothing wrong with asking more then one person, and getting more then one opinion. I just don't believe you should pay for advice, when you can get it for free. We have a wealth of knowledge here.

with all the internals being here today and the case arriving tomorrow i know exactly what I'm going to do now thanks to you guy's helping and a diagram from HughesNet. Buying a router next week along with 1 25' Ethernet cable. Running a 6' cable from the satellite modem to the router another 6' cable to the Hp and the the 25' cable through the walls to the computer being built to be in my office. When everything is up and running with help from the people helping on this forum and the diagram i got from Hughesnet everything should work. Thanks again and I'm learning as I go this whole experience has been a real challenge for me from someone who has nominal experience with building computers and home networks this becoming a very knowledgeable experience.

I went today and got a 5-port router everything is up and runnig perfectly thanks for the help and will have pictures up of everything tomorrow when I have time to take pictures thanks again for the help everyone and will look forward to more in the future.

well thanks to a recent move I am no longer on sat INTERNET I'm now on DSL but I do have one thing to say. If you are planning on getting sat. INTERNET for anything more than just browsing the INTERNET you are better off with dial-up as I notice a huge drop in speed about 3-4 weeks ago called and had technical support help but no help after 3 days of trying to get it better went from download speeds of KB/s to 15-KB/s and uploads things that took 10-20 seconds to upload now take anywhere from 1-5 minutes x-box live went from being almost as good as it could get to having an INTERNET connection that wasn't fast enough to even try it anymore. technical support i have to give then props for the way they handled it worked hard trying to isolate the problem and tried to fix it but with no luck. by paying up wards of $70 for high speed sat. INTERNET it's better to pay $9.99 or if you can move to DSL $35 a month for better speeds. So do I recommend anyone to get sat. INTERNET that depends on what they are going to use it for browsing it'll be OK or downloading sucks.

Now I have another question I'm setting up a home network with printers and all how do I set it up where all the computers can print off of 1 printer?

either plug the printer into one computer and share it by right clicking it going to sharing and check the share this printer option
or get a print server which plugs into your router/network swich so that you dont need a host computer that has to be on all the time. How dose your printer connect to your computer? eg. usb
