U should:
a) use a firefox extension called Bookmark Sync & Sort
b) just PrintScreen you're "Saved Passwords" and encrypt it somewhere
c) like u said, copy ur /app data/firefox from install to install... thats what I do =) Extensions and all

With FF I do copy everything over, with IE based I don't remember it working

But why would you use IE.

Except to do a bitdefender scan. You can't do that with Firefox because Firefox won't let it access your compooter.

To save my passwords I use both Roboform and a program I wrote some time ago, but never transformed it into a GUI-type application.
Otherwise, I'd be selling it.
