Undervolting and Underclocking???

one thing that I have seen before that really caused a problem and may be worth checking... make sure the fans on the front are pulling air into the case, and the ones on the rear are pulling it out. If all fans are blowing in except the power supply, then that just circulates heated air inside... also I would look at the case design to see if maybe the fans are being blocked by wires or something else obstructing a good airflow
