you need to get into the bios. to do that press the delete key as your system boots. then look for the overclocking or advanced options tab. find the FSB selection and increase it 5mhz. save the settings and reboot into windows. once there run 2 instances of super pi 32mb test. if it passes then restart, go back to the bios, adv tab, fsb and increase it another 5mhz. repeat process until you fail super pi 32mb test. when you fail, go back to the bios and lower the fsb 10mhz and run orthos blend test at priority 9 or 10. if it passes for 6 hours or more then its a good overclock. if not then you have some more in depth tweaking to do (which ill be here to help)

Go into Bios.
Then you want want to find the details of your CPU's FSB setting. (this is normally under the "Soft Menu" heading)
Change the default FSB setting to "manual," and this should allow you to make changes to several settings including the FSB. Try increasing it a little and see how you get on.
Another thing, make sure any settings that limit your ability to overclock beyond stock speeds are disabled within. I can't say for definite where this is or even whether you'll have one. You should be able to see the relevant heading for this if its there (it is quite obvious).

you shouldnt use your computer while its testing. if you put orthos on priority 10, you wont be able to use your pc anyway. it puts such a load on the system that it will feel like you went back to a 486 based cpu.

some other testing programs to consider
3d mark 05/06
OCCT
memtest86+
