Yeah, took me a couple of hours but finally did a Homer Simpson.

Well I couldn't get anything past this to even post. I guess I have 'hit the wall'. Still not bad.
FSB: 389
Clock ratio: 9
Memory multiplier: 2.5
E6600 @ 3.501
Memory @ 972.5
Temp @ 44-46C (running linux smp both cores @ 100%)
CPU V @ 1.5 (I'll try to lower this later)
Mem V @ 2.0 (stock 1.8)
Tried FSB of 390 and wouldn't boot. Returned FSB to 389 and tried Mem Mult of 3 and wouldn't boot. Bumped voltages pretty good and still no boot.
The mobo is a GA-965P-DS3. Memory by A-Data PC6400 DDR2 800.

Looks like you're running the memory too fast. If I'm reading your last post correctly, you have a 2.5 multiplier on the memory, making it run at about 973MHz? Check CPU-Z and see what speed your memory is actually running at, you might need to adjust your memory timings and/or memory multiplier.
