Ahhh, alright thanks. Is there any other way? Like a windows program which says "Your hardware sucks." ? :P

What if you see high temperatures, get better cooling and the temperatures drop like a rock down to low/safe temperatures but then you try overclocking and she doesn't go any more. Is there any way to predict that?

HAHA, the only Windows program that will tell you that is the Blue Screen of Death

NOPE! That's the adventure of overclocking. You never know what your hardware is capable of.

Technically, thats a disadvantage because you may end up buying $150 worth of heatsinks and end up not needing them. Which is what I am worried about. I rather save that money for some goodies like a new sound card or mouse. (My gateway mouse pwns all though!)

Which is exactly why I say just get a decent air cooler for your processor and go from there. That way you don't waste $150 (and a lot of hasstle) on a nice water cooling kit only to find out some component in your system doesn't overclock well regardless of temperatures. Like you mentioned, you will see a lot more noticeable improvement by spending that $100 or so on nicer speakers or a bigger monitor rather than an elaborate cooling system for an extra 100MHz out of your processor.

Hmmm, I guess your right. But a LC system gives you bragging rights and it looks pretty =P

Well you didn't say you were just trying to enlarge your e-penis. If that's the case, then just get a Mach II and be done with it!

Phase cooler is too high for my budget. I once in a while see them going used for $300 on ebay. I would get one if I had a larger case but I don't I will barely fit the LC system!
